Client Needs

ATL Total Car Car Fort Myers is an auto-repair facility launched in 2021. After a several months of operation they still only had a few cars come in for service per week. Digitally they were not showing up for local searches or map results.

Looking to keep their doors open and grow they sought our services to help them generate leads.

Their objective was to increase their brand exposure and the number of cars in the shop per day.  

What We Did

They had a website, but it had very little traffic and was not helping them generate leads. A rapidly deployed, multi-pronged strategy was implemented to start generating leads for them quickly. 

Like with most of our clients we implemented our foundation-expansion-growth model.

First, we helped them to establish and expand their local digital presence. This included Google My Business Optimization, Bing Places optimization, industry and local citations and setting up core listing sites, such as Yelp. These activities helped not only with brand awareness bit also to increase credibility, and help search engines understand their business.

At the same time we set up and launched PPC campaigns using Google Search Ads and Yelp Ads. Paid ads were effectively used to produce leads quickly as the local SEO efforts was being implemented. 

The local SEO work has also produced results in a short time. They have seen their map views, direction requests, and calls increase from the Google Business Profile optimization work alone. Their Yelp profile is also producing both organic and ad-driven results. 

The company has been steadily growing their “cars through the door” metric since we began our relationship.
